PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
WARRANTY RETURNS
Please submit your request for Warranty through this portal. We can only process warranties for products that are within 1 year of date of purchase.
Please submit photos of the fault with the product and with Vanquish and Aspire Wetsuits please also include a photo which shows the batch number and quality control label. The Batch Number can be found at the bas of the name bar on the inside of the zip panel on the wetsuit.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We wil review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
OTHER RETURNS
Consignment Stock
Must be returned in all the original packaging - if consignment stock is not received fully labelled and packaged we reserve the right to credit only 75% of the cost of the item as we will only be able to sell unpackaged or soiled products as ex-demo.
Demo Rails and Demo Suits
Must be dried and folded with all zips fastened to the top of the suit.
Shipping Errors
Incorrectly shipped items must be shipped unopened and in all original packaging with labels in tact.
